By accessing and using GeniaNotes (the "Service", available at https://www.genianotes.com and related domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. 2. Description of the Service

GeniaNotes is an AI-powered personal knowledge management (PKM) application that allows users to ingest content from various channels (WhatsApp, Google Drive, web links, social media), organize notes under the P.A.R.A. methodology, generate automated summaries and voice overviews, and conduct active study reviews via smart flashcards.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activity and content stored or transmitted through your account.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain full ownership of all notes, documents, and content you upload or link to GeniaNotes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide license solely to process, render, and summarize your content in accordance with the features you explicitly trigger within the platform.

5. Third-Party Integrations (Google Drive, Gemini AI, WhatsApp)

GeniaNotes integrates with third-party APIs including Google Drive API, Google Gemini AI, and WhatsApp. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. GeniaNotes's use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GeniaNotes does not guarantee that AI-generated summaries, transcripts, or flashcards are 100% error-free or fully accurate. Users should independently verify critical factual information.

7. Termination & Account Cancellation

You may delete your notes or request account termination at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive or unauthorized activity.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revisions at the top of this page.
